Booking a session is subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only after you receive written confirmation from us. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule bookings at our reasonable discretion.
The free introductory consultation is offered at no cost to allow you to understand the approach. There is no obligation to purchase any paid service. Duration, format and availability are as communicated during booking.
Paid services, once confirmed, are subject to the pricing, scope and terms communicated to you in writing before payment. We reserve the right to modify offerings, pricing and terms for future bookings.
Pricing for paid services is displayed on the relevant page or communicated in writing. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Taxes (including GST, where applicable) are indicated at the point of purchase. Where the business is not required to charge GST, this will be communicated clearly.
Payment for paid services is processed through a recognised Indian payment gateway. Payment confirms your booking. We do not store complete card or banking details on this website.
Your use of the payment gateway is governed by the gateway's own terms. We are not responsible for issues arising solely from the gateway's service, though we will assist you in resolving genuine payment issues where reasonably possible.
You agree to provide accurate information, attend sessions at the agreed time, and engage respectfully. You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions and outcomes before, during and after sessions.
We reserve the right to end or refuse a session if a client behaves inappropriately, abusively or in a way that disrupts the space. Where this happens, any fees paid may be handled in line with our refund policy.

Cancellation rules for paid services — including any applicable fees — are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. The free consultation does not involve any payment.
